How do you clean festival earplugs?+
You can simply rinse them with tap water. Soap is not needed and is not recommended. More information is available in our instructions.
Which size of festival earplug fits my ears?+
The Starter Set includes S, M and L. Try L first and move down to M or S if you need a smaller fit. If L is not large enough, you can add one extra XL pair in the cart for €1 with the Starter Set.
How many decibels do the festival earplugs attenuate?+
The average attenuation value (SNR) of the music filters in the Startset is 19 dB.
How do I take the festival earplugs out of my ear?+
Thanks to the small tab on the end, you can grip the universal earplugs with your thumb and index finger. This way you can carefully remove them from your ear.
How do I put the festival earplugs in my ear?+
Our universal earplugs have a small tab on the end. Take this between thumb and index finger and pull your ear up slightly while inserting the earplug. Doesn't work straight away? Slightly moisten your ear canal so it goes in more easily.
Can I still hear everything well with the festival earplugs in?+
Yes, the festival earplugs have advanced acoustic membrane filters specifically designed for music. These filters make it easier to talk in a noisy environment and keep music and other sounds clear and balanced.
How do I know if the festival earplugs are sitting properly in my ear?+
The festival earplugs must completely seal your ear canal. Only then can the music filter system provide proper attenuation.
Are the festival earplugs reusable?+
Yes, all our festival earplugs are designed for intensive use and come with a two-year warranty against tears and breakage.
How long do the festival earplugs last?+
We provide a standard two-year warranty. If you clean the earplugs after a festival and store them in the storage case, they can last even longer.
How do I store the festival earplugs?+
Our festival earplugs come with a storage case. You can keep the earplugs safe inside it. Make sure they're always dry and clean before going into the case after a festival.
What if I lose part of the festival earplugs?+
The Startset consists of separate parts that you can also order individually. If you lose something, you only need to replace the part you need.
Can the festival earplugs cause irritation?+
The earplugs are made from medical-grade TPE. Sensitivity and fit vary from person to person. Stop using them if you experience irritation, pain or persistent discomfort.
Are the festival earplugs also suitable for children?+
Yes, the smallest size of our universal earplugs is 'S'. This size is suitable for narrow ear canals, like those of children.
Which festival earplugs come with the filters fitted by default?+
The filters come fitted in the size L earplugs by default. You can easily swap the filters using the instructions in the manual. The back of the Startset packaging also has additional information.
Can you see the festival earplugs when wearing them?+
The universal earplugs sit deep in the ear and are completely transparent. When someone looks at you straight on, they're almost invisible.
Can I also use the festival earplugs at a concert?+
Yes, the earplugs are suitable for festivals, concerts and any other moments when you're listening to loud music.
Are the festival earplugs EN 352-2 certified?+
Yes, the filters in our earplugs are made by Dynamic Ear Company and independently tested according to EN 352-2. The accompanying CE-2777 certificate is therefore in the name of Dynamic Ear Company. You can read more about this on our filter technology page.
Can I return the festival earplugs if the fit or sound isn't right?+
Yes, you can return the earplugs free of charge within 100 days of receipt. Register your return via our online return portal, print the free return label and send the set back in the original packaging. As soon as we receive the earplugs, we'll refund the full purchase amount as quickly as possible. Used earplugs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Both the earplugs and music filters are fully transparent. When fitted correctly, the earplugs sit deep in the ear, so the complete hearing-protection system is barely noticeable from the front and practically invisible while worn.
